It takes a great team to win the Premier League. This is the most elite football league in the world, and you need to have start players that can all play together, execute plays and score goals. Defense is also important. When a team does all of those things better than everyone else, there is a good chance they will win. Does Manchester City have this?

Currently, the answer is no. They are making progress, but they are not up on the level of Manchester United or Chelsea. To win the Premier League, you are going to have to go through them, and at the current time, they are just not there. But, every year they are getting closer and closer.
